Founded in 2019, Stagetime is the professional network for the performing arts. We're empowering creatives, administrators, producers, and behind-the-scenes members of the performing arts industry around the world to find their network and have agency over their careers. Our mission is to create a community and tools that support a modern approach to doing business in the industry; whether that's freelancing, casting a performance, finding qualified administrative candidates, or being hired by some of the world's leading arts institutions.
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, organized Customer Success Specialist with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. The Customer Success Specialist will assist with our community onboarding process for artists and organizations as well as improving organization, documentation, and planning. They will also be involved in upcoming projects and should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by the Director of Project Delivery or the CEO. Compensation for this role is $15/hour.
Responsibilities
Assist in the community onboarding process
Update database records
Correspond with users through email
Provide general administrative assistance
Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from several departments
Requirements

Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
(Preferred, not required) - Experience with Adobe Creative, Figma or Canva
(Preferred, not required) - In, or familiar with, the performing arts
