Founded in 2019, Stagetime is the professional network for the performing arts. We're empowering creatives, administrators, producers, and behind-the-scenes members of the performing arts industry around the world to find their network and have agency over their careers. Our mission is to create a community and tools that support a modern approach to doing business in the industry; whether that's freelancing, casting a performance, finding qualified administrative candidates, or being hired by some of the world's leading arts institutions.

About the Role

Stagetime is looking for a creative and tech-sector savvy graphic designer to support marketing activities. Design is at the core of our company and product.

  • Compelling email blast design

  • Designing assets for social media including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

  • Designing print ads and team merch

  • Design support on our Wix website

  • Proactive ideating to generate creative ideas for new campaigns and projects is a bonus, but not necessary


We believe it's important for you to have:

  • Access to and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience with MailChimp

  • Experience working with design for tech companies/product design

  • Experience in or knowledge of the performing arts industry

  • Experience with Figma
