Circles
Yes! Once logged in to Stagetime, navigate to Circles to create a new one. Or, just click here.
Private Circles can only be found via invitation or direct link. Public Circles are visible to all Stagetime members on the home page and are listed on the Public Circles page. In both cases, the admin of the Circles must approve any requests to join their Circle.
The easiest way to share your Circle is to copy the URL and share the link anywhere (email, Instagram bio, text message, etc.). Anyone who clicks on the link will land on a screen where they can request to join the Circle (whether Public or Private).
Yes! If you need help creating a profile, let us know.
Anyone can request to join your Circle, but you’ll still need to grant them access (for both Private and Public Circles).
Inside the Members tab, you can invite people to join your Circle using their email or by searching for them on Stagetime. They’ll receive an email invitation (and notification if already on Stagetime) that you’ve invited them to join your Circle. Once they accept the invitation, they’ll become active members of the Circle.
In the Settings tab, as the admin of the Circle, you have the option to allow all active members to invite other people to join the Circle. You can toggle this option on or off at any time.
As an admin of a Circle, you’re able to update the information section, invite members, grant access to requests, and add resources.
In the Settings tab, as the admin of the Circle, you have the option to add other active members of the Circle to become an Admin. Just select their name from the dropdown. As the owner of the Circle, you can remove their admin access at any time.
Only the admin of the Circle can edit these sections.
As of right now, you can add .pdf, .png, and .jpg.
