First search to see if the organization already exists on Stagetime. If the organization isn’t on Stagetime, you can request to add it here.

In order to manage the organization page, you need a personal Stagetime account. Once created, let us know and we’ll link your account to that organization page where you’ll have access to edit the page.

We currently have two themes: Artistic and Classic. While the content in both themes is the same, how it’s displayed will highlight the things most important to you.

The Artistic theme is best for performers, conductors, actors, etc. Highlight your headshot, media and where you’ve performed. The Classic theme is better for arts administrators and managers to highlight your work experience and roster.
