Navigate to your profile from the homepage by clicking the “Edit My Profile” button in the Navigation Bar on the left side; or, from anywhere on Stagetime, click your headshot icon in the top right corner and select “View My Profile.”
Locate your profile picture and click the camera icon labeled “Edit.”
Click the icon or your existing photo to select and upload a new headshot (maximum file size: 5MB).
Adjust the cropping grid to your desired framing, then click “Crop.”
Navigate to your profile from the homepage by clicking the “Edit My Profile” button in the Navigation Bar on the left side; or, from anywhere on Stagetime, click your headshot icon in the top right corner and select “View My Profile.”
Locate the “Career Highlights/Education” section of your profile, and click “Edit Career Highlights/Education.”
Click “Add New Career Highlight/Education.”
From here, you can add the degree programs and education highlights required for your application.
After you have entered the relevant information into the required fields, press Save.
Navigate to your profile from the homepage by clicking the “Edit My Profile” button in the Navigation Bar on the left side; or, from anywhere on Stagetime, click your headshot icon in the top right corner and select “View My Profile.”
Locate the “Career Highlights/Education” section of your profile, and click “Edit Career Highlights/Education.”
Click “Add New Career Highlight/Education.”
From here, you can add the resident artist programs and training highlights required for your application.
After you have entered the relevant information into the required fields, press Save.

Navigate to your profile from the homepage by clicking the “Edit My Profile” button in the Navigation Bar on the left side; or, from anywhere on Stagetime, click your headshot icon in the top right corner and select “View My Profile.”
Locate the “Biography” section of your profile, and click “Edit Materials.”
Under the “Full Biography” section, select “Edit Biography.”
Copy and paste your biography (limit: 1000 words) into the editable field, make any desired style adjustments (e.g., bolding or italicizing), then press Save.
Navigate to your profile from the homepage by clicking the “Edit My Profile” button in the Navigation Bar on the left side; or, from anywhere on Stagetime, click your headshot icon in the top right corner and select “View My Profile.”
Locate the “Media” section of your profile, and click “Edit Media.”
From here, you can add video, audio, or visual projects to your profile, by clicking the “Add” button for your corresponding media type.
After you have uploaded the corresponding media file and completed the required description fields, press Save.
Navigate to your Profile Information from the homepage by clicking the “Settings” button in the Navigation Bar on the left side.
Under the Profile Information section of your settings, locate the “Contact Information” heading and click “Edit.”
From here, you can add your phone number, current address, and birthday.
After you have entered your information into the appropriate fields, press Save.
For editing general information, like your name, email address, or account status, use the top right menu to head to your settings.
Navigate to your profile from the homepage by clicking the “Edit My Profile” button in the Navigation Bar on the left side; or, from anywhere on Stagetime, click your headshot icon in the top right corner and select “View My Profile.”
Locate the “Biography” section of your profile, and click “Edit Materials.”
Scroll down to the “Supplementary Materials” section and select “Edit Supplementary Materials.”
From here, you can add the resume, artistic statement, or repertoire list required for your application (.pdf files are required).
Click the “Add Resume” button.
After you have uploaded the corresponding .pdf file, press Save.
Optional: If you'd like to make your resume private to everyone except reviewers of applications to which you've applied, toggle on "Hide Resume."
Stagetime for individuals is free, and always will be. We believe every member of the performing arts community should have the tools to put their best professional foot forward. Profile editing, storage, and full access to job opportunities and the community are available to all Stagetime members.
Our premium feature within individual profiles is website hosting. If you’d like to use your Stagetime profile as your personal website, you can upgrade to Premium. This is entirely optional and is not required for any applications, including those submitted through Stagetime + Acceptd.
