How to get past the security warning on your audition linkSome applicants are seeing a red "Your connection is not private" screen when they click their scheduling link — the error code reads NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID. The link itself works. Our scheduling partner's security certificate is registered under a different address than the one in your link, so your browser can't match the two and stops to warn you. Nothing has been intercepted, and we're working with them to correct it. Whether you see this at all depends on your browser and device settings, which is why a colleague may have booked with no trouble.Getting to the booking pageChrome, Edge, or Android: Click Advanced, then Proceed to wto.stagetime.periodic.site (unsafe). "Unsafe" is Chrome's standard wording for any certificate it can't match — it isn't a judgment about this site.Safari on Mac, iPhone, or iPad: Click Show Details, then the visit this website link, then confirm with Visit Website. On a Mac you may be asked for your password or Touch ID.Firefox: Click Advanced…, then Accept the Risk and Continue.Opened from an email app: In-app browsers often hide the option entirely. Copy the link and paste it into Chrome or Safari. Before you continue, check that the address bar reads wto.stagetime.periodic.site. Booking an audition slot never requires a password, a payment, or a document upload — if a page asks for any of those, don't enter them.If there's no "Advanced" optionWork laptops, school computers, and some hospital and government networks block that option by policy, and no setting on your end will restore it. Open the link on a personal phone or computer, on your own wi-fi or cellular data.If you still can't get inEmail the contact on your notification email from the company, and/or reach out to support@stagetime.com.We are actively working to resolve this issue. Thank you for your patience.
